Pipe Relining - Drain Relining

Pipe relining is generally used to repair a fault that is either too deep to dig to or inaccessible (under concrete). The method used is CIPP which stands for cure in place pipe. The drain or fault is cleaned thoroughly. After the line is cleaned and inspected with a drain camera a textile liner tube and a liquid resin are positioned over the fault. Next, the liner is set into the pipe with air pressure or water.

The fault is now sealed from the inside and the drainage issue is resolved. This non-intrusive CIPP pipe relining is conducted in house at Just Plumbing Group Pty Ltd using Australian Watermarked approved liners and resins.

If you are having one or all of the above issues you should call a plumber immediately. Not acting on a blocked drain could cause damage to your home and is a health hazard to you and your family. Broken drains under slabs when blocked cause moisture to leak around your house foundations, potentially causing costly movement to your home. If not quickly diagnosed, tree roots can damage pipework under your house beyond reasonable repair leaving you with a costly bill to jackhammer up concrete. Our vehicles are fully stocked with the latest high quality equipment to prevent this from happening.

We have the latest specialised equipment to clear the blockage, camera your drain and report the fault to you with pictures or video. Water jetting is the most common cost-effective way to clear drains and cut out roots. Once the drain is clear we will camera and record the fault, and mark the location and depth of the fault. If it needs to be repaired, we will quote the repair before leaving site.

We offer 3 methods of repair.
1. Dig up or hydro-vac the fault and repair with new plumbing fittings.
2. Offer scheduled maintenance on the fault and report any changes.
3. No dig relining option. Seal the pipe from the inside using specialised equipment (CIPP).

A water jet cutter also known as drain rodder or drain jetter is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water from specialised jetter tips. The pressure of domestic jetters usually range from 4000-5070psi with flow rates from 20-35 litres per minute. Commercial size jetters used by councils and utility providers usually range from 2000-4000 psi with flow rates from 75-267 litres per minute. It is essential to match the jetter to the job. Some jetters are better for cutting out tree roots and obstructions. Other jetters are designed for cleaning and flushing. If you are engaging a plumber, you should always ensure they have the right machine for your job, otherwise it can be a waste of your time and money. Most plumbers only carry a few jetter tips as they are expensive. It is essential to carry a large range of tips to suit different applications. We carry between 10-15 different tips per ute matched with the highest quality jetters to ensure that all jobs are completed quickly to save you time and money.
